On 16, around 7:40 p.m.a Tesla electric car parked on a road in Gugal-dong, Giheung-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do caught fire.

The Firefighting authorities responded right after receiving 119 report that “a vehicle is on fire”, dispatched 49

firefighters and 18 equipment, including pump trucks, to extinguish the fire.

The Firefighters installed a suffocating fire extinguishing cover and a portable fire extinguishing tank at the scene extinguished the large fire at 10:57 p.m. after fighting for 3 hours and 10 minutes.

No causalities have been reported due to the fire.

Fire authorities plan to conduct a detailed investigation into the cause of the fire once the fire is completely

extinguished.
