England’s star all-rounder and current Test captain Ben Stokes has announced to donate his all three match fees of the historic Test series against
Pakistan to the flood victims of the host country.
Newsnomics AJAY ANGELINA reporter | An England cricketer Benjamin Andrew has announced to donate his all three-match fee to the Pakistan flood victims that worth £15,000 for each of the three Test matches.
Stokes wrote on Twitter, “I will be donating my match fees from this Test series to the Pakistan Flood appeal.” Added “The game has given me a lot in my life, I feel it’s only right to give something back that goes far
beyond cricket.” he said
“It is great to be in Pakistan for the first time for this historic series. To be back here after 17 years as a Test
side is very exciting. There is a sense of responsibility amongst the playing and support group and to be there is special,” stated Stokes.
England's cricket team arrived in Islamabad, Pakistan early on Sunday Nov 27 led by Ben Stokes to play cricket test series after 17 years since 2005.
On Monday, Pakistan former skipper Shahid Afridi extended a warm welcome to England cricket team on their arrival to Pakistan to play a T. Series match after 17 years.

Pakistan vs England, first T. Series cricket match is scheduled to start on December 1~5 at the Rawalpindi
cricket stadium. The second match will be held on December 9~13 in Multan cricket Stadium. While the third match will be played on 17~21 in Karachi, Pakistan.
