“Rhythms of Pakistan,” a musical event in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and the Republic of Korea, as well as Pakistan’s Independence Day was held at the National Museum of Korea in Seoul on 11 August.
A beautiful evening of “Rhythms of Pakistan'' was organized by the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Seoul, at the Great Hall of the National Museum of Korea with delicious Pakistani refreshments for the valuable guests include high-level officials from embassies in Korea.
Ali Abbas, a renowned Pakistani performer, showcased the wonderful traditional Ghazal and Sufi music of Pakistan with audiences.
His Excellency, Mr. Nabeel Munir, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Republic of Korea welcomed the special guests and musical performers with honoree remarks.
The embassy of Pakistan also celebrated 76th years of Independence (Azadi) in Si Heung city. The officials of Si-Heung city and the members of Pakistan community residing in Korea were invited to share the joy of cultural aspect of Pakistan’s art performances.
Moreover, the flag hoisting ceremony was held at the Embassy of Pakistan in Seoul to celebrate the 76th Independence Day of Pakistan attended by the leaders and members of Pakistani community residing in Korea.
His Excellency, Amb.Nabeel Munir, shared a message of hope with best wishes to the Pakistani nation says: “Let us all renew our commitment to work together to build a future for our homeland that is worthy of the
dreams that inspired our forefathers in their struggle for Pakistan.”
