NEOM – Saudi Kingdom’s futuristic $500 billion mega business and tourism project has publicized a new
exclusive ‘tourism escape’ Siranna located on the Gulf of Aqaba Coastline announced by the board of
directors of Neom on November 27,2023.
“Siranna is another example of NEOM’s uncompromising efforts to create spaces in nature that support sustainable future living and nurture creativity, whilst offering the ultimate luxury hospitality experience”, NEOM said in a statement.
Siranna is an “ultra-luxurious destination that will be home to a 65-key hotel, as well as 35 exclusive residences, also offers signature beach club, spas, and state-of-the-art wellness facilities. The visitors can experience the winding discovery trails via foot or horseback to explore where the sea, mountain, and wadi meet. The sophisticated dinning with wide range of tastes and other entertainment options will also attract the customers. Siranna offer visitors the effortlessly chic setting with a focus on fostering original thinking and relaxation without
any disturbance and noise effects.
The exclusive destination offers uninterrupted views of the Red Sea, with its tiered design offering diverse views and perspectives, rugged coastal terrain, the surrounding mountains and flora. The visitors will experience
the natural rock formations before reaching the enchanting entrance of the property arriving via waterborne
transportation to the secluded bay.
Aligned with NEOM’s strategy to designate most of its land across its destinations and cities as a nature
reserve, the majority of Siranna will be preserved for nature and will combine innovative, ecological design and construction techniques to ensure the development seamlessly blends into the landscape.
News of the ‘Siranna’ development follows the recent announcements of Leyja and Epicon, another sus-
tainable tourism destinations located in the Gulf of Aqaba.
Epicon aims to set a new standard of hospitality and architecture feature two striking towers, one 225 meters
tall and one reaching 275 meters, will be home to an ultra-premium 41 key hotel and luxury residences that
comprise of 14 suites and apartments,120 rooms and 45 stunning residential beach villas announced by
Neom on November 15, 2023.
Leyja, another luxurious tourism destination steeped in history and mythology starts from the Gulf of Aqaba
coast and its alluring waters in the west, then winds inland to form a magnificent natural valley carved between 400m-high mountains that have been crafted over long centuries by the power of nature and water. Leyja
will offer an extensive selection of refined experiences and activities, including dinning, rooftop infinity-style
pools, extensive guided wadi walks, enthralling hiking trails set in the valley’s dramatic mountain landscapes
await guests, with mountain biking and climbing on offer for those looking for adventure.
Now, Siranna is NEOM’s latest development including vertical city THE LINE, business hub Oxagon, luxury
yachting destination Sindalah and the mountain resort of Trojena, which will all be powered entirely by re-
newable, clean energy.
